A price CRASH will happen -- not a "pretend" crisis like now - but a mass scale CRASH of house prices (back to where they were in 1999 OR lower)You see heres what NOBODY is saying in the media... NEMESIS said it in the housing boom video over a year ago: "at FIRST the sheeple will TRY TO BREAK EVEN -- that wont work""then the sheeple will lower the price by 1/3 - THAT STILL WONT WORK"You see these people arent REALLY that scared YET - they're scared, but they're still SO arrogant- they THINK their house is STILL worth the nominal value (the number they 'bought' at) -- so in other words, they hurtin' but they're still being stubborn little bastards.Wait a few days/weeks... until more people feel the pressure - that will make them FORECLOSE - they WONT sell at a loss because then they would STILL have to pay the DIFFERENCE on the mortgage (hundreds of thousands of dollars)...So they will willfully go into foreclosure. What happens next is the BANKS (or national government - since the banks will prob be nationalized by then) gets the houses - they will then auction them off to the "STRAGGLERS" -- the stagglers are what I call people who STILL are flipping houses... they did 'good' flipping and are ADDICTED to flipping.For ex. I know someone who just 'bought' a $500,000 house from a sheriffs sale. DUMBASS! But he told me - *HE'S* about to get LAID OFF. So it will go into foreclosure and go back up for sale until ALL of these houses are in GOVERNMENT HANDS.The government will then either auction these houses at bargain basement prices OR begin the SECTION-8 process for all americans by turning them into PUBLIC HOUSING for the newly foreclosed. You may even get to pick your 'old' house!You see "nationalization" is the MAGIC WORD. If the BANKS (not nationalized) reposess a house they will simply put it back on the market for whatever the market will bear - like when the banks reposes a new car that was not paid on. They sheriff will come get the car, then do a sheriffs sale, and give the money to the auto bank.Same thing with a "NORMAL" foreclosure - the sheriff lists it for sale at whatever the market will pay, and the mortgage lender gets the money.*BUT* if the banks are NATIONALIZED - ie GOVERNMENT OWNED, then when the foreclosure process happens THE GOVERNMENT TAKES THE HOUSE (not the bank!) - so since the GOVERNEMNT has the house, then the government can do what THEY see fit... which will no doubt be "holding on to the houses" (rather than selling them)... the govt. will 'hold' the houses while Obama orders that everyone can return to their homes IF they agree to be defacto Section-8.get it?GLOBAL WELFARE STATE = NWOso to summarize:all the foreclosures will go to the GOVERNMENT, not the banks, who will then simply use them as section-8 housing.This will inflate the price and rent of houses that were already owned outright BEFORE the boom. For example - there are shitty houses and apartments all over philly that SHOULD be renting for a free market price of say $300 a month... BUT because section-8 agrees to pay $600 a month, the land lord THINKS that $600 a month is the TRUE value of his rental! And it IS!I have delt with smug land lords who have told me that they CAN get more money from a section-8 tennant - and they're right!The average rent in philly is like $600 a month - but thats NOT what the average person can afford... thats what the average SECTION-8 persons VOUCHER can afford! So expect the ENTIRE market to be similar to this section-8 micro-market in the coming months. Many will be 'forced' to play the section-8 game, for they wont be able to afford an apartment on their own!For instance, say you work at the home depot making $400 every two weeks. But the cheapest rent you can find is $650 because thats what SECTION-8 IS PAYING. Well its unnafordable to you! So what do you do? YOU apply for section-8 and suddenly the govenment pays $350 of your rent each month, bringing your rent down to $300 a month.WELFARE STATE.Only those who ADAPT and THINK will survive this mass scale welfare induction.
